If so, were you happy with the results? Did you think it was worth it?

I had a company CV written by a professional while on secondment in Australia. I didn't pay for it so can't comment on its worth in that respect, however it was far better than my personal CV, so good that I have now copied most of it and rewritten my personal CV.
The only negative that I found with it was that they "bigged me up" more than reasonable in some areas, saying that I was more experienced in certain things than I actually am.
Overall I'd say if you can stand the cost (no idea what the going rate is) then go ferrit. 🙂
