I guess they spin faster than hamsters. Maybe STW should try one.

I use octopus for dual fuel.
I like the monthly reminder email that prompts you to send meter readings, these are very easy to do and they adjust your payments regularly off the back of the recalculation, to keep you roughly on target. This target keeps you in credit, which I like as it saves any nasty surprises, but some people don't like that as it feels like they've got you money.

and each reading gets you a spin of their wheel of fortune, which may win you money off your bill. Not that I've won anything mind!

I think I have a referral code too, if you want it, similar arrangement as the bulb one above...

Edit-I think this is the link: <mod edit – referral links still aren’t permitted>

Very good. Easy to contact, easy to understand bills each month, meter reading reminders, etc.

Yes for electricity only. Not sure if they're the cheapest but pricing seems fair and transparent, good customer service.

Yes have used them previously and the service was perfect, Bills are easy to read and the web portal had a good user interface, only moved away from the due to price.

Now with Tonik for the second year as they gave me a £50 loyalty discount for renewing, plus billy bonus they can take readings from my SMART meters that were installed when I was with OVO prior to Octopus.

I have had no service issues with either OVO, Octopus or Tonik so can recommend all 3.

Octopus here. No problems whatsoever.

They also encourage users to spread the word with incentives. These of course are not permitted here because of reasons.
