Went away walking in the lakes this weekend and having done not much exercise since november i was fully expecting to suffer aching legs and feeling beat up big time on sunday and Monday/Tuesday. mate turned up with a clear plastic bag full of white powder. He claimed it was some amino post workout muscle repair drink. Anyway, after a big 8 hr walk on Saturday we all had some of this powder and by-gum it was amazing. No muscle ache at all, that evening or the next day. On Sunday we did another massive day out and I was jogging up the last peak. Another post walk drink of his elixir of life and today, back at work, no muscle ache at all.
I'm sold on it, Anyone got any recommendations of this sort of stuff, that you've researched/tested and found to be the best?
