Stick a dispute in via paypal, I had a problem with stuff from DX, and PP just waited the required time and then refunded me (DX never got back).
Back to gearbest, how long does stuff take to get from the Netherlands? Mines been stuck in the post there for a week now.
Pfft, my BT21 only got dispatched 2 days ago, which is 5 weeks after I ordered it!

In the other direction it takes 2-4 days. The dutch postal service seems pretty efficient.

I can't get any reply from them, neither can Paypal via their dispute dialogue.
Two months after paying for some lights all I've had is one email saying,
"We see you've opened a dispute, please close this and keep waiting".
To be honest I knew it was a risk and somewhat wrote off the money as soon as it was paid, what has annoyed me is the complete lack of communication other than "please wait".
Seems a mixed bag with this company, some people report excellent service, others awful service.
funnily enough, after posting this thread they suddenly got back to me and although the resolution options were crap I should be getting $20 refund for a cracked lens . Re delivery my BT70 arrived in less than a week with another order taking about a month. Paypal should just refund your cash and take it back from gearbest ...I bet they'll then respond fairly pronto.
Wouldn't buy anything from them again unless very cheap as they don't seem to give a s### about their customers once they have your money.
I bought a light of them recently paid then waited, 2 weeks later I checked the status and they hadn't even processed my order but took the money, Contacted to see what was going on and they told me the item was on back order and would be another 7-14 days until they received it, communication is shocking from them, I basically wrote back demanding a refund which they processed quickly. first and last dealing with them for me!
Just for update, mine got delivered Friday - only 5 days from dispatch; shame it took 4 weeks to process.
Otherwise, the light is absolutely spanking for the money, lovely build quality and frighteningly bright (for me, anyhow) - I was going to buy a portable lighting rig for working on outside of house over winter, but I'm just going to use this...more maneuverable and probably as bight on full chat - can't say I want to work outside in winter more than a few hours anyhow 🙂
