A fortnight ago I ordered a new tyre for my commuting/road bike. From Tri_sport_resort, who are the wiggle warranty/returns on eBay. I've bought from them before.
After a few days I received a phone call from a stranger - with my tyre and all my contact details on invoice. It was in a box with his name and address on. In Kent. I'm in Scotland.
The supplier want the stranger to return the tyre at thier initial expense with proof of payment, to refund postage. They won't pay for courier to collect. They also won't speak to the random third party - apparently their phones don't call out. 🤷♂️
I've now had a message that tri_sports_resort are missing a 12' SUP- and wondered if they had posted it to me... 😂😂😂
The words piss up in a brewery spring to mind.
