Some good deals on it at the moment
BT bill keeps going up
Have a look at the trust pilot reviews, on the whole they are terrible.
It put me off giving it a try.
Yep, have been for the last 2 years, end of contract just now.
Very very few issues over the 2 years, speeds ranging from 100mbps to my current 700-800mbps being 300m from the nearest mast.
Your speed will be highly dependent on how close to you the mast is.
What deals are you seeing? The standard deal is the £10 for 6 months and £20 afterwards, that deal is always on.
I've cancelled (only in order to get a better deal) and even though technically they can ask for the router back it's unlikely they will being an old model and 2 years old, I'll be taking out a Smarty (Three) sim at £18 pm or less. If they do ask for it back I'll go with another three contract or maybe look at getting a standalone router.

Maybe have a look at any other mobile phone provider, or bt for that matter...
I certainly wouldn't use a trustpilot rating of a massive company with millions of customers to decide who to use...
I have one. And it works seamlessly.
Not had a single issue. I don’t think it’s ever dropped below 400mbps. Just done a handful of speed tests and each one was about 410 to 440mbps.
Took moments to get set up and connect my devices to it. I run my Sky Glass (Inc Netflix, Prime etc) and also work from home. I do live in a major city and quite close to the centre so we have decent 5G.
