I need a new printer for my computer, any advice on a cheap printer I can use to do invoices and print out schematics etc.

The computer it will be used on is new.

If you dont want to print photos then a mono-laser works out cheaper, is quicker etc etc.

Just a quick fyi, laser printer toner is carcinogenic and therefore you shouldn't really use it in an occupied room. Which is one of the reasons that photocopiers and office printers in office's are supposed to be in a room of their own..!

Check out the price of replacement cartridges, too - the initial price is often fairly close to a "loss-leader", suck you in to their system then hammer you every time you run out of ink...

a couple of million depending on what options you go for

yes it does have doctor blades etc but no carbon chambers
