A Penrose tiling would be quite a beautiful thing to have on the floor of one's abode. Problem is, the tiles don't seem to be offered by anyone commercially - has anyone here looked into this, and did you turn anything up? Old Rog was quite litigious about his tiling copyright, and this has perhaps prevented commercial exploitation of the patterns.
It's only two shapes in the simplest configuration, so you could maybe make the tiles yourself? Some clay, colour them, and then put them in the oven (I obv have no clue)? Don't know what sort of straight edge you get out of home-made tiles though, and this would need to be spot on for such a pattern.
