im a self employed trainers and have ben working for the same organisation for the last 5 years for 4 days per week every week. this job amounts to 80% of my income which i get paid via BACS every month.

My question is: Is there a legal obligation for the organisation to create a job rather than this contract. The initial contract i had ran out 3 years ago and i've just been on a 'rolling' one every since.

any pointers from folk would be great.

No

But I'd be concerned about IR35 depending on how you are paying yourself and what taxes that includes.

with the recent AWR (agency workers regulations) you maybe entitled to the same rights as other employees doing the same job but by the sounds of it you are a limited company contractor? which is less straight forward
