I was just typing up a few hints and tips for a friend who was sharing nonadvice about internet security* and it occurs to me that I am
a - verbose
b - not an actual expert
c - technically pretty literate and familiar with obscure terminology
Can anyone direct me to a site/guide on the basics of online security covering virii/software updates/phishing/passwords etc etc - all the basics - that is written for a non-technical audience but that is up to date and useful and I can share with her and other people?
