Well that was an enjoyable day. I had several nice arty conversations with some interesting people, I chatted with other stall holders and was hardly pestered by customers at all. A nice relaxing day sat in a sunny Winchester chatting about stuff I love.

It's the hat what done it I reckon, try wearing a beret next time and see if you notice the difference.

Glad you had an enjoyable time though. Remember that Van Gogh only ever sold one painting in his whole lifetime so if you feel that your genius has yet to be recognised don't be disheartened - there will still be plenty of time long after you have shuffled off this mortal coil.

I love the lady tree btw.

Is anyone else surprised that a picture of WCA seems to have 4 limbs and all fingers?

Not disheartened at all. I paint for the love of it. I sell to make space on the wall. I go to the market to chat to people, get commissions and occasionally sell stuff.

The 'Mother Nature' tree lady is sitting happily on a wall somewhere in California at the moment I believe. I do still have "My mistress the sea" though. Can't find a phot right now but it is the sea and beach viewed from above with the sea forming the profile of a lady. I will see if I can take a phot as I need to add it to the website - NickArtStuff.com

Just an thought 🙂 I think some of your pics(nice as they all are) seem a little dark in a foreboding sort of way. Not being critical,  just an observation.

And obviously not all of them, just some.
