PS I'm nothing to do with this business, just happened to stumble across it on rightmove as it's just down the road.

No thank you. It's a cheap bike shop and the turnover aint that good.

The only downside is the town lost a major employer in FRYS chocolate in last few years.

Town looked tired last time i was in that area.

How about cycle cafe/pie shop to with it ??

Hmmmmm interested to see how the 52% GP has been calculated. Suggests very high ratio of workshop to sales which on paper is the right thing, but doesn't look like much workshop space and how many cheap bike owners spend on labour?

I think there's some missing costs somewhere. Not out of malice, just accounts not taking everything into consideration.
