I use a small invention called a phone, they're availble anywhere now, or speak to people face to face when chatting to friends.

It's o.k - I post on it sometimes. Really enjoyed it/used it during the TDF but tbh I find it hard saying something about myself every 15mins!

Some people post what they have on their sandwiches for lunch 😯

at least facebook is useful for organising events, sharing piccies, etc etc

Ive got 2 one for my professional alter ego and one for my normal self, its an excellent promotional tool. Brant comes out with some right old tosh though 😆
