Just tried to unlock mine twice. Hasnt worked both times. 'Transmission of the request failed'
Option has now dissapeared off app. Must be an issue
Yeah that's exactly what happened to mine - so my girls are stood outside the car in the car park waiting for their mum to finish work LOL!
In fact it's completely borked - the Geofence I have set up has disappeared and it can't locate the car.

If you want to lock your car remotely it's definitely the easiest option.

Well it isn’t designed not to work - in general it does make life easier but things can break. It’s working again now anyway 👍

It does have some sort of internet connectivity with apps and some kind of services but it only works with old fashioned bluetooth modem tech that no modern phone supports.
