I've got it from work.
Had a terrible time trying to get a claim through their first line of defence at their call-centre, but its in now and I'mm getting physio on my back.
Digging around the paperwork, I discovered their "Vitality" scheme, which in theory can give me 50% off a bike from Evans. Which I'd quite like. But I'm supposed to rack up vitality points by being healthy, to earn the discount.
Has anyone ever worked their way throught the Vitality scheme? I've just done an online health review which was a load of the proverbial, but I can't figure out how to improve the score (negative points for having butter on my potato, not knowing my blood glucose level and not doing "strength excercies" at a gymn).
How does it work? In fact, does it work?
