Wife unfortunately signed a contract with them and then tried to cancel immediately. Anyone else had dealings with them?
Not directly but I have seen some of their local listings and their asking prices are a bit firm. More akin to the Foxtons model on residential property.
Is there not a cooling off period? Foxtons also insist on all their fees be paid, they have been to court a few times in fact there is a ruling judgement on repeat fees I can't remember how it went though.
I don't have any connection with Foxtons btw and I am sure they are a superb employer.
I'm sure they have improved in the last three years
