Not having a great experience with this lot.....
The reviews seem to be pretty awful 🙁
had to cancel a cycling holiday back in Feb due to illness and still no dice from this lot. Has anyone had any experience good or bad? Any helpful tips to move things along greatfully received.

Read, and find the weaknesses in, their small print. Mention the ombudsman a lot.
Depends really what the issues you are having are. I had to make a claim last year where my daughter broke her arm just before we were due to fly. Doc said no flying for a couple of months so we missed out on a pre-booked short break as well. Insurers tried to claim two lots of excesses but that wasn't how the contract was drafted so they had to give in.
