Apologies for another car thread.
I've got a 2011 SEAT Leon FR petrol. (Basically a MkVI Golf GTI)
I'm thinking about buying a Bluefin for it. I like the idea of a ECU upgrade that I can take back off whenever I like.
Has anyone used one. It looks like a really good product, I'm just wondering if there are any hidden downsides?
AFAIK, the go to mapping companies for VAG vehicles are Superchips (bluefin) and Revo.
You should be in good hands with either.
I used the Shark Performance self tuning kit on a Passat a few years ago. Worked like a charm and totally recommended. Look around the enthusiast forums for a group buy.
I had one for my mini, easy to do, easy to remove and made a real difference. Declared on my insurance with Adrian Flux and made very little difference in the insurance cost
