dartmoor will be snowy soon enough, but the last time it settled thick enough to sledge on (ie my childhood benchmark for 'proper' snow) in plymouth was about 1991! 8)

It is now snowing in London (EC4R). The transport infrastructure and national economy will now collapse.

Oh, hang on....

By way of a warning, all the trains were delayed earlier. Blinking cold and a flutter in Tring this morning. But the full force of the cold weather front has just smashed into snowy Soho where a few flakes have fallen.

It was snowing at 7.30 in Aylesbury this morning - when I say snow it was more like very light hail

Snow forecast for Brum this afternoon, but then sleet has been forecast the last couple of evenings but no sign of it yet- it's got very cold as it gets dark but then seems to warm up again later.

Knowing from your posts that you lived in the southern part of Sweden, it would be a good guess!
I'm further north up in Göteborg and we've only got a couple of mm of slush as always.

Well, there's actually nothing here in Landskrona where I work but Vallåsen is built on a strange spot that is always a couple of degrees lower than the surrounding area. Plus they've been blowing snow for a couple of days so it's starting to build up a nice base now 8)

Off topic but you should seriously come down to Vallåsen come spring, we have loads of riders from up there that come down, only an hour and half drive 😉

I keep meaning to get down there and actually know some of the GBG riders that drive down, just family/life commitments kept getting in the way this year.
Moving back to the UK in the new year so probably won't get the chance now.
