Morning, renting out a room in my house for the first time and have someone moving in next Thursday, just want to them to sign an contract/ agreement etc.

Tried looking on google, but all the wedsites I can find I don't really trust and want to send me junk if I use theirs.

So if anyone has a copy I can use/ alter that would be great! Happy to make a donation to a chairty of your coice in return for the jesture!

Cheers

Propertyhawk.Co UK is a pretty good site for all this. I used them, and had the t.a reviewed by a fried, who said it's a goodun....
