Always liked his radio shows and tempted to go and see him live.
But common sense says £20.00 to hear him rabbit on for a couple of hours might be a bit steep, considering I can hear him do that on Saturday mornings for free.
Still quite tempted to give it a pop, anyone else?
The title promised so much death defying danger.....created that assumption that he might NOT live.
Turns out, he's only talking which would be much less exciting.
I'm out.
Follow him on Twitter.. i doubt he'll be sober!
Liked him since the NME days, but I'd rather re-read his autobiographies than go and see him live.
I thought he moved away, Stateside, and withdrawing from public life
Love him dearly, but considering the amount of times he deploys the same anecdotes on radio I expect I'd already have heard most of his material.
I agree I like him but I've had enough of him I used to listen to his show 20 years ago on Radio 5, 20 years later and its the same show with the same stories. I've moved to Richard Coles on R4 now
