Just interested, really. Seems like a nice place and the houses are a little cheaper than the ££££ you have to shell out in Dorking itself. Would be interested to hear anyone's experiences of the area, community etc etc
I would have thought Westcott was more expensive.
I had friends who lived there, its either big country houses or a big "estate" on the north side of the A27 which they found it imposssible to park as you need a car to get around..
Yep, we live there as do plenty of other bikers. All good really, great access straight onto the trails, easy to walk in Dorking, generally a quiet place and yes, a little cheaper than Dorking town although of course thats all relative as nothing around the Surrey Hills is 'cheap' as such.
