Average day here.

Still wondering if I have a cold, or whether it's just being tired from being out working (and biking) this weekend.

Not been smug in a while really.

Nope. Pretty dismal.
I travelled right across town to get a key cut, then had to repeat the journey later in the morning. 1.5 hours wasted. Then I discovered a screw embedded in a van tyre, which will probably cost £100 to fix.
Work's a drag.

On the plus side, I spoke to WCA earlier and will meet Peter Poddy later. How sociable!

I'm vegan.
I'm in Mensa.
I ride a Rohloff.
I've got no mortgage.
I've got a 90% off road commute.
I'm consistently top three in the STW Endomondo Challenge riding mostly single speed.
And I'm Muddypuddle's Hoochie Coochie Man.

You can't even begin to understand just how smug I am.

No. So why exactly has your day been good then? I only ever ask questions like yours if I'm desperate to boast about something?!!! 😀

5.5km run in 29 mins. Slow, slower pace than my 5 miles last year. Was doing well until about 4km when my ACL started hurting and I slowed.

I used to like you Dave. You're coming across a bit like CFH at the moment.
