As above really.
I was originally aiming for a sub-1.45 time but injured my foot and so haven't been able to do any training for the last two weeks.
Think it's 50/50 whether I'll make it to the start line but if I do I guess I'll just be aiming to finish this time round, bit gutted but hey ho.
Still kind of looking forward to it though.

What did you do to your foot?
I don't really know to be honest- I ran 18k last Saturday and it just felt quite badly strained after that- to the point where it was painful to walk and I was limping all last week.
The pain seemed to change a bit- sometimes across the top of my foot in the middle and sometimes along my instep. Having said that it doesn't 'feel' too serious in that I'm sure if I rest it for a while it will be fine. I've been busy moving house though so haven't really had time to worry about it to much and so haven't iced or stretched or anything.
Hoping it will be OK enough to actually run and finish the distance though, partly because I've already paid £50 for a guesthouse in Cardiff on Sat night now!
