I grow the worst tache going but I'm giving it a go.

After the utterly awful 'tash I grew a couple of years ago I doubt it

Not Movember but I stop shaving every year when the clocks go back.

^^ Some sort of dirty protest?

If so, I'm in.

I'm not doing it yet as I'm attending a wedding in a couple of weeks so I'll be starting it from the 17th and might just grow through until the end of the year. Pics and the standard pleading for sponsorship will follow in due course

You mean BST doesn't mean British Shaving Time?

Nope, someones already asked me if i would shave the beard off. Although I might twiddle the ends up to make an effort and join in.

The whole notion is flawed. Has anyone ever heard anyone refer to a moustache as a 'mo'?

Yes - always known as a "mo" to me

yes I'm in. I've done it a few times before and it's a laugh.

I'm just growing a beard at the moment and will then shape it into a 'tache once the growth is long enough.

I normally go for the 'rock' look which matches my hair/beard colour as well as my age and then trim it shorter so more like the East London hipster as I go through the month.

Will post a pic once I've got something worth sharing

Did it for a few years but not for about 2 now hated them but also was quite proud of my achievements as my facial hair seems to grow pretty quick.

MTB-Idle - I can see why you stopped with the razor as you seem to have shaved your ears off

Cheers TJ (I'll not check if that was about the tache or the montage!)

For anyone thinking of donating, L'Oréal are matching any £30+ donation with £30 until Sunday I think.

I'm also doubling up what is donated on my behalf for women's and children's mental health charities.

Nice touch adding the soul patch al. I’d give it a go, but already have a full beard and I’m not making the mistake of shaving it off again.
