Very seriously considering buying a really small studio-1bed apt in the French alps,
However I'll need to rent it out to holiday people to make it worthwhile finically. As I'll be out of country all the time I'll need a company to look after it but nobody seems interested in small places and running it myself would cost a fortune with all the linen charges etc.
So I'm thinking I need somebody like first choice to take it on.
Anybody got any experience of doing anything like this?

Ask over on snowheads, there are a few who do it. You;re not going to make a lot, in fact many of them don't even cover the mortgage
