Looking for some advice concerning discharge consent for an effluent that has a particular chemical within.  Some help not just with likely limits but also the best strategy for approaching and negotiating with utility company would be great!  Offline probable better for the detail!

Thanks

CB, do you know what the chemical is already, or an idea at least.  If it was after heavy rainfall the interceptors could have been overwhelmed and discharged to a creek under license/exceptional circumstances.  Have you had it tested anywhere?  Feel free to drop me a line we do a lot of water testing due to our site..

CB, I worked for the EA for a couple years in reg team and also in a subsequent job applied for a new discharge consent to TW sewer.  This involved some negotiation with TW.  Happy to try and help where I can (or remember).
