It looks like a pair of bluetits are going to put an offer in on our one bedroom property. It's west facing and in a lovely spot 3m up a sycamore. I hope they do. It's great having nesting birds in the garden.
We had a young family looking round earlier (also a Sycamore property). Quite chuffed, I only put the buy to let up a few weeks back. There's another one on the back of the workshop, but I've not noticed any tenants yet...

Ours only went up an hour or so ago and we've already had lots of interest. Need to advertise it as shared use though - birds up top, bats in the basement 😆
What I want to know is how do birds work out that a nest is taken and do you get fights / gazumping going on?
