If they just sold a packet of "the orangey bit" I'd be an ardent fan

Sorry, I suspect this is a digression and wavering into perversity:

I have a mate who briefly* had a real thing for eating coronation chicken using Bourbon biscuits to scoop it up

I daren't try it; might just kill me

*long enough to put on about 2 stone. I assume a week to 10 days.
Most amazing thing is that he WASN'T pregnant

Not anymore.... A mediocre pack of Hobnobs costs the equivalent of £4.50 here, so went cold turkey.

Gagging for some might be another reason why some of us eat to many biscuits.

We don't have biscuits in the house.
They contain palm oil.
Too much packaging.
I make my own sweet treats.

A huge pack of Lidl ones is 28p. Just had about 20 biscuits. Must be the time of year to store up energy.

Yup! I just don't buy them and intentionally avoid the isle in the supermarket. occasional packet on special occasions, Birthday, Xmas etc or as a treat with the children. Cake and crisps are also definite no no's, otherwise I'd be as big as a house and all the hard work that goes in to controlling my weight on the bike and in the pool and sensible portion sizes is lost.

I'm going cold turkey on both biscuits and chocolate right now. It's like a horror movie but it's the only way I can do it. Thank God I'm not doing dry January!!

I still remember my parents and grandparents having biscuit jars of which the contents seemed to last for ages. As an adult now myself I don't understand how (unless they kept secretly refilling them at night), a packet is usually a single serving for me to (although the big size choc digestives packets I usually have to have a break in the middle as I start feeling sick - I guess I have a biscuit problem 🙁 ).
