I'm finally getting back into training after a long time off with multiple injuries. I'm riding OK and swimming so don't really need cardio but looking for a reasonable body weight / free weights style workout. I used to love the gym but I've only got access to a very basic setup now.
Any recommendations?
No they are all pretty shit IME, inappropriate exercises or equipment/space I don't have etc. I've found it better to just make up my own routine though a good timer app is handy for a circuit. I use one called IntervalTimer for ios.
Colleauge at work keeps telling me to try MadBarz for bodyweight workouts.
