the in-laws bought me a uke for xmas, what a brilliant little thing.

spent the last few days learning belle and sebastienne 'boy with the arab strap.'

anyone recommend any other fun simple chord tunes?

possibly thinking something cheesy and Hawaiian next.

check out uke hunt

You need to make sure you do this yourself, do not ask someone else to do it, unless you spell it out to them first. This is partucularly true if you run a hotel or a B&B

Uke Hunt is brill.

I bought my uke in kauai on honeymoon and one of the guys in the shop recommeded his mates site Ukulele Underground.

Ukulele for dummies is pretty good as well.

Chordie is good as an on-line music site. There are thousands of songs on there, and you can change the guitar chord diagrams to show ukulele chords instead.

Uke Hunt is a good site, the same bloke also wrote the Ukulele for Dummies book.

edit - My favorite uke song below. The Crack Song by the same fellah is also ace and not that hard to grasp.
