I think it's a nice idea and I'd probably buy one. However, I'd expect that you'd run into legal issues reproducing the logo without permission so as you say in your OP you'd need to get the go-ahead first.

I'm only guessing, but I'd have thought that if there was sufficient interest then they'd want to look at doing it themselves as official merchandise and retaining control; certainly I would if it were me. Otherwise there's no guarantee that the end result wouldn't be a substandard product that could tarnish the brand.

seems to be all the rage on FB groups. Like on that dirt diggler group all the members falling over themselves for some free stickers! People joining and them clamouring for their free stickers, it's all a bit weird. My daughter is 5, she loves stickers. 😐

Why don't you just beg them to get some produced? Say, quite honestly, that there is some real interest and so it would be worth their while.

The idea of an STW car sticker makes makes me eeek with awkwardness, but something silly and cryptic like ****OS on a mug would make me chuckle.

That said, people that post on here regularly probably make up 0.00000000001% of the population, so kinda pointless.

Check out the proportion of bikes with Charlie the Bike Monger stickers compared to the number with CTBM components. It is almost like he is a trained brand manager

Ok. In seriousness I was thinking of the chainring logo that STW use. Not a mega advertisement for bikes within, yet something that all us middle class whiney cockbags could recognise....and then slag each other off for having a badly kept lawn or brake hoses that are too long.

A sticker would be good - the kids and I would probably like playing the spot the STW inhabitants - nothing like a bit of 'define the demographic' people spotting . . .I guess if I stuck one on my car it would be pressumed I was someone on here's Mrs 🙂

I can be identified by my STW mouse mat on the desk at home which has had more coffee and tea spilt on it than I have drunk over the years.
