any recommendations for Multi bike insurance please ( dommie and TTR250 )
or ones to avoid and why ?
I know lots of people come unstuck cos of the vast reams of T&C's that are a a pain to read through and even more difficult to understand fully.
Also changing bike fees etc . what else to watch out for? would it be better to insure each one separately?
someone recommended ebike but they don't seem very competitive pricewise and I've heard that there are various stipulations hidden away that might surprise some like no MOT then you're not insured for theft etc ( even if it's resting up in the garage unused for the winter )
thanks in advance
Bill
I've got my two,FZ750 & XT600 on a multibike policy with Carole Nash.
It actually cost me LESS to insure both bikes via the internet than just renewing the XT600 policy via the renewal. The only reason I found this out was because I checked on their website about insuring the FZ in case something happened to it & it was less than half the price of my XT renewal so I then checked the XT on-line & found I could get BOTH bikes insured for less than the posted renewal quote.
I can't remember the small print I'll have to re-check things. The FZ's currently on a sorn, been off the road 3 yrs so I hope the policys valid..
