If so would you be so kind as to tell me...
what age did you make salary/equity partner?
and can you give me your ball park first years salary?
I would be very interested and grateful. (mainly in the first question's answers).

No. You will find in the partnership deed that you are not permitted to disclose financial info. To answer first I have seen people in their early 30s make Partner.

My wife has just made partner, she is 34. As for wage, that's quite personal but we are comfy financially.
