Just bought our daughter one for her trip back to Bali, and further travels next year. Looks to be a great wheeled pack, but having trouble setting up the stowaway back pack harness. There are two buckles right at the bottom which pulls the suspended lumbar section under tension. However, it's close to impossible to get both buckles to engage easily. Almost feels as though the buckle straps have been stitched too short.
Wondered if anyone else has the Sojourn and could confirm if this is normal?
