Any opticians in da house?

I recently got my eyes tested and was advised they are showing signs of not getting enough oxygen given i wear daily lenses most days for long hours.

The advice i got was two fold:

1) Try and wear the lenses less and glasses more

2) Stop wearing my current Daysoft lenses and go for ones that allow more oxygen to pass through to the eye. They mentioned 'Coopers MyDay or any others that allow the eyes to breathe more'. They weren't giving me the hard sell so i walked out

Advice 1 is easy enough to do. For 2 does anyone have any recommendations on the cheapest place to get lenses online or any other brands similar to Coopers Myday i should consider?
