...and living / working in the EU?
I'd like to be able to work / live in the EU again.
I should be able to get Norwegian citizenship.
Norway isn't a full member of the EU, rather it pays to be part of the trading block.
Does that allow Norwegians free movement and employment rights with in the EU?
