Anyone know the torque setting for a front hub bearing on a mk3 1,2 16 v clio 2006.

280Nm according to this:

Standing (tranfer you weight progressively onto the bar) about 30cm along the breaker bar is how I do it.

You'd do well if you over tightened it so just go big ...
