I'm going to see Avenged Sevenfold in Brighton in November. It's my 13 year olds 'birthday treat'.

I've said I'll take a thermos and a newspaper to read in case I get bored.

Suggestion from a local: Go for pre-gig dinner/drinks at Urban Beach...only a couple of minutes walk from the venue. The food is delicious, the place is great, always packed full of attractive women and their policy of not stocking gopping mass produced lager keeps the less salubrious Boscombe locals out!

Michael Rother from Neu! and Dean Wareham (playing Galaxie 500 songs) are playing ATP in december. I *wish* i were going to that.
