I'm going to see Avenged Sevenfold in Brighton in November. It's my 13 year olds 'birthday treat'.

I've said I'll take a thermos and a newspaper to read in case I get bored.

Sonisphere for me on saturday, just got a day ticket though, couldn't justify the whole weekend: Rammstein's firts UK outside gig, Threapy playing the entire Troublegum album should be my highlights

Madness following the racing at Epsom. Tonight.

Not a big fan but it's a work do and I'm trying to be sociable.

Nothing booked but hoping Glasvegas release some dates to coincide with the album they're supposed to be recording. Also keen to see Thirteen Senses if they come by the Midlands this year.

Suggestion from a local: Go for pre-gig dinner/drinks at Urban Beach...only a couple of minutes walk from the venue. The food is delicious, the place is great, always packed full of attractive women and their policy of not stocking gopping mass produced lager keeps the less salubrious Boscombe locals out!
