To cut a long story short, I know very little about these.
Son and mates managed to delete his FUT team (dad bloody annoyed as cost a small fortune)
On recommendation from sons friend, Bought a mule account from IGsky with 500k of coins.
Now no idea how to use, as requires user to log on to his origin account with new details. However unable to log out of said origin account which appears to be a known issue.
Am I doing something wrong (apart from buying this account) I have already spent a fortune legitimately with xbox and EA buying packs of cards/players.
So any help redeeming these coins would be a great help. IGsky were no help.
Your post meant virtually nothing to me, but I have a teenager at home with FIFA 15 and an X-box (360 though, not a One). I'll ask him when I get home later..

Just revert back to an old save game with the data on it.
Is that possible, when asked the offending 13 year that, he looked at me as if I had grown a second head.
Would love to show up the litte s*d with some expert dad knowledge. so any instructions on how to do the above.
I use multiple saves for my games just in case of issues like this, so as long as he hasn't overwrote the same save file, just load game and pick the one previous to losing everything.
Ignore the above, sorry checked if you delete the players pretty much stuffed, might be worth an email to EA under there support banner, but might be a case of money lost.
Pretty much the same with destiny, saw a player lose everything he purchased as he was hacked by another player pretending to help he lost everything he was only 12 as well.
Sorry, teenage son just did that teeth sucking thing that builders and motor mechanics do before they tell you something's going to be expensive (re. the original issue) and was of no help at all re. the IGsky account thingy.
