Heading down to Lowestoft for a few days next week. Got a couple of things planned along with chilling and general mooching about. Staying around Kessingland and would like recommendations for a decent county pub with good food and decent beer/ales. Don't mind a 15min or so drive, within walking of Kessingland would be spot on

Try The Locks inn at Geldeston. I haven’t been there for a few years so unable to comment on food, however they did lovely local microbrewery ales and the setting at the end of navigation for the Waveney river is pukka 😁
