If you live in Australia then I have good news!
From this week you can officially buy Yorkshire Tea in Woolworths!

For STW members, if you post a picture of it instore and mail me in profile then I will personally organise for some to be sent to your home address.

Enjoy a proper brew!

At a stretch I'll got to Twinnings... (sorry to reinforce any STW stereotype if it helps Hecker & Subaru)

Also I generally find Yorkshire Tea to be a bit grim and even bitty...

Yorkshire tea is yum but is it ludicrously priced? I have the in-laws over and they brought a couple of boxes for me.

T2 does some nice green teas though.

Nice one! Should be popular with all the flat-cap wearing, fixie riding hipsters in Surry Hills 😀

Haven't seen a whippet yet though... they seem to favour the tiny bulldog breeds, but it's only a matter of time now Yorkshire tea has landed.

Pretty sure I saw it in Woolies a year a go. But I'd rather drink dishwater than tea.

Its been fun chaps, but the Limo's just arrived and I've got a champers reception on the yacht with a few mates, before the opera starts, so gotta rush...

Its a drag, but thats life when your economy is responsible for supporting the only country in the western world not in recession 😉

By the way, any of you actually been to Perth recently...

[img] [/img]

Look me up if you do, and we'll go for a ride...

It was 6 years ago, I rode from the top to freemantle one day 🙂

Nice as it is it's miles from anywhere, I'm sure work will bring me over sooner or later but until then I'm sticking with the east.

So Perthmtb, has Yorkshire Tea made it out to the mineral rich extremities of your province?
Would love to hear if it has, it should be in Woolworths.
Mods: hope this is OK. Not aiming to advertise, just giddy to find from loyal STW users if the launch has reached the outlaying areas of the great continent of Australia.

Been over a quite few times in the past couple of years for work, but not usually much personal time. (Y'know, us lot over here have to keep you sand gropers in the illusion that by digging up a bit of mud you're keeping the world economy going somehow 😉 )

Meh

I am suffering from biking withdrawal since moving here 6 months ago.

Have a look here: http://www.trailflix.com.au/tfx_new/ and here: http://nobmob.com/

bloody road bikists everywhere 😕

Really - i've got the potential to move down there for a bit, but biking being my main passion, i think i'd struggle without good riding close by

I've been looking at the Blue Mountains, but they seem a good 30 to 40 miles west of Sydney

Have you tried the biking there?
