You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Hi, Just about to take charge of my new Cube Ltd Race 29er....
The tyres as it stands are Schwalbe Rapid Rob 2.25...
I live on the southdowns in West sussex sometimes rides Surrey too...
General riding is singletrack, lots or roots and well muddy during the rainy season... pretty chalky too.
Any advice on winter tyres would be great!
Ta Ben.
put one on the front wheel, and another on the back and you should be okay........
oh and try the bike forum
always ride with at least one spare tyre worn a'la Chewbacca's Bandolier. Then, and only then, will people know you're serious.
rudebwoy.... hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha............
MrNutt....????????????????????? Speak english...!!
Any advice other than pointless comments would be great, thanks...
Round ones. Definitely use round ones, the rounder the better really.
How do you know the supplied ones won't work/will kill you?
A stealth 'what tyres for...' Thread. Sneaky.
Sneakier than the previous 4 threads with identical first posts anyway....

Thank you to the people who answered my Question...
Ta
some knobbly ones.. big knobs are useful..
Yeah, really big knobs.
I was told size doesn't matter.
It's not the size of the knob, it's the number of threads.... (per inch, obv)
No one likes a massive knob with lots of threads. Dreadfull rolling resistance, you see.
