So selling our house ( 150years old l

Survey says the outhouse is unstable and the buyer wants it knocked down

PITA but what value would the old bricks have?, roof slates? Cast iron toilet cistern and possibly antique toilet?

Toilet is burried under gardening stuff at the mo but here s a pic of the cistern how easy to clean up ?

It's a little beauty.

The plaster looks antique too, it's got to be worth something.

Tell them you'll throw a sledgehammer in with the sale.

Some brass rubbing 🙂 and says Burlington, bit of ebay browse looks like 50quid+

I'd always planned to restore the outhouse but never got round to it

Quite fancied a retro outdoor crapper for the mother in law to use 😉

In that state not much. Maybe £20 cleaned up. A bit more if it has a good name cast in. Roof tiles around £1 each, bricks 50p. Assuming they are in good condition and usable.

I hope you are leaving the rubble for them to do with as they wish!

I would just leave like that and when the next person comes to view the house mutter something about the hazards of lighting a fag whilst sitting on the bog after a dodgy vindaloo.
