Survey says the outhouse is unstable and the buyer wants it knocked down
PITA but what value would the old bricks have?, roof slates? Cast iron toilet cistern and possibly antique toilet?
Toilet is burried under gardening stuff at the mo but here s a pic of the cistern how easy to clean up ?

In that state not much. Maybe £20 cleaned up. A bit more if it has a good name cast in. Roof tiles around £1 each, bricks 50p. Assuming they are in good condition and usable.
