Hi All

Just wondered if the eagle eyed PC types among you have spotted any good laptop deals for around the 400 pound mark, up to 450. I've seen one of these from an ebay shop selling refurbished Dell Insprions:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dell-Inspiron-15-5570-3-4ghz-i5-8250U-8GB-2TB-15-6-FHD-1920x1080-WIn-10-S-D/302959166649?hash=item4689c604b9:g:sFoAAOSwY7taWLJ1:rk:13:pf:0

Not bought a laptop before so this is all new territoy for me!

Cheers in advance!

Got a refurbished apple MacBook Air off eBay for £450. It’s been great so far

I have bough a few things from these guys including the SFF desktops we run our shop on, always been great with options to upgrade RAM/hard drives out of the box

Dell have their own factory outlet, good for bargains.  Or go Lenovo for build quality.

Hard to recommend further given you've not given us the vaguest clue as to what you're going to be doing with it.

Definitely check Dell, I got a laptop last year which would have cost £2k+ for ~ £700.  Said it was refurbed, looked new.  It was such a good deal that it must have been a mistake?

Sure. Just basic document handling and internet access with basic multimedia stuff ie home use!

Sorry didn't give much of a brief, just that for that sort of money i didn't expect much choice!

I've just this morning bought a Lenovo ideapad 330 17" from PC World for around £470 reduced from £550. It's huge but quite light. I wanted big for photo editing, as I already have a Surface Pro 4. It's not top spec, was never going to be for the money - Intel i3 8th gen, 4gb, 1tb. Seems ok so far

How about a Fire HD10 tablet instead? £100 today

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01J6RPH46

Buy it through Quidco and get 9% cashback, just like for other Black Friday deals at Amazon... Better half and me, that have an Amazon account, had no idea they were even on cashback sites until last night! 😮
