Surely Twitter themselves would have considered this already.
Just wondering if all the security services may have been monitoring ISIS' accounts to keep track of some if their activities and track them down. Clearly this wasnt the case with Paris... but surely they are of some use.
Thoughts?

This would be the same security services who regularly have their own Twitter accounts hacked....
Hardly going to make a difference.
