Hi all,
Trying to figure out the best way to get travel insurance for myself and my girlfriend.
We generally go on a couple European city breaks a year (not always together) plus one European skiing holiday. This year I am also going riding in Whistler for 2 weeks, but this is not a regular thing.
We currently just get single trip travel insurance, individually if we aren't going away together, as a couple if we are. We get the correct level of cover for the specific trip (eg Europe only, winter sports cover etc).
I'm wondering if it would make sense to get some kind of annual cover, which:
Covers both of us, including when we are not travelling together
Comes with a baseline of standard European cover with gadgets
Can be upgraded to worldwide, winter cover etc, for specific periods, for an additional cost
Does such a thing exist, and will it be cheaper than buying insurance for each trip separately as we need it?
