What Android security remote lockdown/find software would STW-types recommmend for a modern handset?
Want to be able to remotely wipe it & track the device if lost (again!).
I don't mind paying a few quid, just needs to work and be reliable & unobtrusive.
I use WaveSecure. Does what it says on the tin.
It's not overly cheap, but I got a free lifetime subscription for being an early adopter of the beta. (-:
What make of android handset do you have? Many manufacturers now have their own security offerings via their website and secure account. Samsung and HTC certainly do and I'm pretty sure Motorola and Sony also offer it.
I've got a Sony XperiaS.
It came with a McAfee thing pre-loaded, but when I installed it the phone slowed down a lot and proper reviews slated it.
