Kids at [OH's] primary [school] have Galaxy Tabs. Can you recommend / find an android photoshop type app that would allow you take a pic and apply (literally, click apply) extreme filters - making abstract art from photographs?This is for year 3, so aged 7-8 I guess.
This is mainly "filler" for an art exhibition, in effect used as background to their real art, so anything that is simple but they can claim they "created" it.
