Having major issues with the above and don't know if it's me being stupid or whether something has changed.
Got a new phone at the weekend and previously t sync Mrs Danny's calendar (outlook.com account) I just set it up as an exchange account in Android and it would sync calendar, contacts and email if i wanted it to.
Now, with the new phone (LG G5 running Marshmallow 6.01) when I do the same it's only giving me the option to sync emails. I've tried setting it up as POP3 and IMAP also but too no avail.
Have Google/Microsoft been fiddling with API's etc or am I being thick?
They are trying to force you to use the outlook app as opposed to having it natively setup I believe.
POP3 and IMAP will only do emails anyway, Calendar syncing is part of the exchange setup and I know they were turning that off for new connections from some time ago.
